Let travellers book bus tickets on your Odoo website. They search a trip between two stops, pick their seats on the seat map, enter the passengers and pay online with the payment providers you already use in Odoo. - Seat selection on the seat map — The bus layout drawn by the server with free and taken seats; works without JavaScript.
- Passenger details and guest booking — Name, age, gender, phone and ID document per seat; guests book with name and e-mail, or customers sign in.
- Online payment with Odoo's providers — The booking's sale order is paid through Odoo's own payment form. A paid booking is confirmed; a failed, cancelled or abandoned payment releases the seats.
- E-tickets by e-mail and in My Trips — The QR tickets are e-mailed once paid and can be downloaded from the customer portal.
- Self-cancellation with refund rules — Customers cancel from My Trips; the refund follows your refund rules and a refund to-do reaches your staff.
