- Walk-in registration and test panels — Register a walk-in patient with date of birth and sex, choose panels and tests, send to the lab and bill in one screen. Panels can have their own price.
- Sample barcodes and tracking — One sample per tube type, Code128 labels, reception in the lab by scanning, rejection with a reason and an automatic sample to collect again.
- Reference ranges by sex and age — Ranges for women, men and age bands in days, months or years, chosen automatically for each patient when the sample is collected.
- Critical values and delta check — Critical values alert the requesting doctor at once and must be reported before sign-off; each result shows the previous value of the patient and flags a large change.
- Two-step validation — The technician verifies, the pathologist signs off (optionally another person). Verified values are locked; the pathologist can return them for correction.
- Signed report, e-mail and portal — Report on your letterhead with method, previous value, signature image, qualification and registration number. Patients see and receive results only after sign-off.
- Referring doctors and collection centres — Commission per referring doctor and per collection centre, computed on the billed amount.
