Run your own fuel depot inside the Fleet app. Record every delivery into your fuel tanks, every litre given to a vehicle and every dipstick count, and follow the consumption of each vehicle in litres per 100 km and kilometres per litre.

- Fuel tanks with live stock — Capacity, current level, fill gauge, stock value and weighted average cost per litre, all derived from validated movements.
- Tank refills from suppliers — Supplier, reference, litres and price per litre; a delivery larger than the free space is refused.
- Vehicle fill-ups with odometer — From a company tank or an outside station; the odometer reading goes to the Fleet odometer log and the cost to the Fleet services.
- Consumption per vehicle — Distance since the previous fill-up, litres per 100 and distance per litre on every fill-up, with averages and totals on the vehicle.
- Anomaly checks with review — Fill-ups above the vehicle tank size, consumption off the expected value, a grade that does not suit the vehicle or another driver are flagged for review.
- Stock counts — Enter the measured level; the gain or loss is booked and kept in the history.
- Low-level alerts — The tank status turns Low or Empty and the tank responsible receives an activity.
- Analysis and statement — Pivot and graph analysis by vehicle, tank, driver and month, and a printable tank statement.
