Manage the insurance policies you sell or hold in Odoo. Each policy carries the policyholder, the insurer, the cover and the premium; activating it builds the premium schedule, the premiums are invoiced through Odoo Invoicing, unpaid premiums and coming renewals are followed up automatically, and claims are tracked until they are settled.

- Renewal reminders and one-click renewal — Policies ending soon are flagged to the agent and the customer; Renew creates the next policy, linked to the previous one.
- Claims with settlement — Incident, claimed and settlement amounts, insurer's claim number; checks against the period of cover and the sum insured.
- Commissions per insurer — Commission rate per insurer or policy type; one commission invoice per insurer from the paid premiums.
- Customer portal and reports — "My Policies" for policyholders with schedule and claims, Policy Schedule PDF by e-mail, policy, premium collection and claim analysis.
